The type of insurance needed will be dependent on the services being offered. Roto requires the following Insurance minimum (Please note, Commercial Auto Liability Insurance is a requirement even if your company only offers roadside service):<\/p>\n

Background Check<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Once your Roto Pro account is created, you\u2019ll receive a notice that your account is pending. The Roto Admin team will review your submitted documents and send the owner an invitation to enter and submit your background check.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

IRS W9 Form:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The information used to create your account will be used to accurately provide an end of year statement (1099) to your business and the IRS. Roto will need you Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and\/or Employer Identification Number (EIN) for corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLC\u2019s) and other business entities. Individuals, sole proprietors, and single-member LLC’s, your TIN is your social security number.<\/p>\n
